Great experience with this business! Tony was professional, patient, and honest about the granite repair process. He explained everything clearly, including how long the repair might last and our options. He came on a Sunday during the 4th of July weekend and did a fantastic job—the crack repair blends in beautifully. He also cleaned up thoroughly afterward. We’re very happy with the result and will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend!
JCS went beyond what was expected or contracted, taking care of the unforeseen as the project proceeded. They are as much artisans interested in presenting a finished piece as technical astute in taking care of an installation and repair project on site. I admired there skill set, experience, and can do attitude.
We just had our countertops redone by JCS and have to say we are thrilled with the results. From the beginning of our shopping experience, we were warmly welcomed and helped by Mary in the show room.
