The hot water in my kitchen stopped working, so I called this company JC'S Water Heating - Cooling & Plumbing, Inc for repair. The plumber was polite, professional, and got the heater working again. The service was good, and the price was fair. I’m giving 4 stars because communication could have been a bit faster, but overall, I’m satisfied.

The repair was done correctly, and I haven’t had any problems since. Communication was good, and the pricing felt fair. The only small drawback was the delay in scheduling, which is why I rated 4 stars. This place has helped us when we are in a tight place, they were friendly and quick. We would not have heat if it was not for them thank you you guys are the best and we will be telling anyone we can to choose this comapny.
I had water coming out from under the toilet. They were at my house in about 1 hour from the time I called. Jack was friendly and professional and fixed the problem right away. He also fixed a couple of other minor problems I had with 2 sinks. This is a great company to work with. I highly recommend JC'S Water Heating - Cooling & Plumbing, Inc.
