I certainly would not recommend this salon. To begin with, even getting in touch was a problem. I should have stopped there(bad sign). The person who did my hair was cordial. I appreciated that. The style did not have the part it should but I let it go because I can't worry about everything. But, I have NEVER seen so many problems with trying to take my style out. There were just so many knots where they should not have been. One time is enough to deal with that.

Stylist: Holly was my stylist. She was a sweetheart, quiet (I worked most of the time), and kind. Did twists within 5 hrs. She somehow made the twists tightly but I didn't feel the tug while she did it, the way I usually do with other stylists. Experience: Made the appointment through a phone call vs. online. Asked how I should come to the appointment (hair had to be washed and blown out). Salon provided the hair (1B). Had to give a $20 deposit & confirmed via text. Had an incredible experience at JC's due to the amazing work and atmosphere built by the owner. She provided a personal experience that was positive and welcoming. My daughter wanted a boho bob and Janelle did an amazing job. She went above and beyond. My daughter was so happy and said she doesn't want anyone else to do her braids. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy salon experience. I am not giving my business to anyone else. Loved it!
