My first time having my hair braided! J was professional and allayed any concerns I might have had. She suggested a style and worked quickly. Her shop was near and clean and I love my hair
The owner Janelle was amazing across the board! First and foremost, her skill and work was amazing. I have straight slightly wavy hair and it was my first time getting braids so I was scared of the pain, but I didn’t feel any discomfort whatsoever. The braids came out so beautifully. First time in the salon and first time getting crochet done. Janelle is excellent at what she does and such a sweetheart and very welcoming. Can’t believe we didn’t stop talking like knowing each other for ever Love how my hair came out Great experience highly recommended!
UPDATE: commenting and lying to these ppl is wild. never ever did I mention Harlem because again I am not from new jersey or new york and never gotten my hair done over there ever so mentioning "Harlem" doesn't even make sense. Do not go to this place. The owner is very unprofessional!! EDIT: ATTENTION: NOT A FAKE REVIEW!!! I’m resounding to her response below. She’s a gaslighter. She got my review removed the first time For some reason it does not let me reply directly to her response I am not a fake review.
