Paid for 3 years. Went to get some things out and what the mice and rats didn't eat they pooped on and what they didn't ruin the water damage ruined the rest. Do not recommend at all stay away. Email several times to discontinue payment and they still keep withdrawling from account and said they will not reimberse me. Finally talked to owner tonight and better finally be cancelled. They are cheap for a reason I guess. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!😤😤😤😤

Very Poor communication and very poorly maintained. Weeds are growing everywhere, I have birds living and in my storage unit. Mice are invading everywhere. Heaven forbid your five days late on your payment, you get a 20 dollar late fee. I could understand that if you have outstanding facilities. Don't even try to call the number, they wont pic up and you cant even leave a message.

My husband rented out a storage unit a few months ago. At first, the company was easy to get a hold of/meet up with. He signed a contract and paid for his deposit and first month. Since then, we have been unsuccessful at reaching them and do not have an address to send a payment to. We would like to pay for our unit, but without any information or returned communication, we have been unsuccessful at doing so.
