J.C.S has done all our contracting for years, beginning with a bathroom remodel- bathtub installation and tile work. Later, we had them do a new roof and most recently, a new deck. Called 10.7.19 to have someone give an estimate. Spoke to John, I'm assuming the owner, and he said he'd be out tuesday, 10.8.19 between 430 and 5pm. No call, no show. I tried calling, would ring and go to voicemail. I called on 10.9.19, to which he said he broke his phone and had to get a new one and he would come today, 10.9.19 between 430 and 5pm. I had a very old roof and few leaks. I called to J.C.S. Building & Remodeling. John explained me the whole process, gave me a good warranty and a fair price. This company is not only worthy of your business, the owner is unbelievable. He keeps in constant contact with his customers, he is easy to talk too, he is also present on the job watching every move his men make.
