Johnny was amazing! I had reached out about my car overheating and if I could bring it in. He was so thoughtful and asked how far I was and wanted to make sure I was close enough now as he didn’t want me to further damage my car. He did not want me to chance anything. Johnny and his team really know what they’re doing when it comes to car related issues. The staff truly cares about their customers. I was not there for work but was in fact at the same plaza next door and got locked out of my vehicle, I walked over to JCS, met with Eddy and asked him if they had anything to help unlock my vehicle with. Wasted no time, he grabbed his kit and followed me to the car. Within 5 minutes door was opened I offered to pay for the service, but he refused to accept.
