J.C. was wonderful! My husband and I both liked him a lot. He fixed the immediate problem for today inexpensively which was important because the A/C was completely gone and we have a 3 month old baby boy - and it's very hot without A/C in our house (90 + degrees for much of the day yesterday). It looks like our A/C unit will need to be replaced in the not too distant future (a year or two hopefully) but he didn't try to pressure us into replacing it now.
