Holiday shopping and the staff were so friendly and upbeat even though they were soooo busy. Shopped on 12/19 afternoon. I had such a nice conversation with my sales rep at the register. The other staff were also friendly. Store is organized and was a pleasant shopping experience. We always check out this store when at the outlets.
They try to charge you twice while attempting to issue a refund for a product. And in return, they treat you as if you’re lying. We completely understand our founder, Ayhan Hulagu. This behavior is unacceptable.
I returned a product I purchased the other day. They accepted the return, but while I was waiting for a refund, I noticed they charged me again. I explained the situation, but they refused to cancel the double charge. So, they took the product back and made me pay for it twice. They were stubborn about not understanding the issue, and after a lot of effort, they finally issued the refund. Their attitude was extremely rude and disgusting. I absolutely do not recommend them. A huge disappointment.
If I could give zero stars here, I would. Even one star is too much for them. Be cautious after making a return at J.Crew—they might drain your account instead of issuing your refund. Be careful. Mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is the behavior of the managers there. A complete disappointment.
