Associates were friendly and helpful. I was told the broken in chinos were the widest available pants that they had so I tried them on. They didn't have the size I needed in the colour that I was after so it had to be ordered in. They couldn't take cash even though I was in store. Whatever. I go online afterwards and the broken in chinos ARE NOT THE CLASSIC FIT. They are a tapered leg. Anyways order cancelled.
My son needed khakis for his internship. We were given unbelievable service to find the best fit and given top suggestions that matched the khakis. We had a great experience!
The employees were in their own world engrossed in a seemingly personal conversation. No one said a word to me. I decided I'd take my business elsewhere. So disappointed in the customer service at this location.
Had the strangest experience here. Went looking for an evening dress - store was mostly empty. I was not greeted - which was not an issue, however one of the sales associates immediately came to near where I was shopping and QUITE OBVIOUSLY found something to keep her busy and conveniently close to me as well. I still had not been greeted yet. Again, not an issue, but they were obviously aware of my presence.
