Some of the most unkind staff I have met at J.Crew. I came in for my birthday, and I was abruptly lectured not to mess up their clothes because they had just reorganized the place. I did not feel welcome, and I will not be returning to this store. Some of the staff also seem only to acknowledge guests who appear to have status, which is unfortunate. You are better off shopping online.
This is a fabulous J.Crew store! It’s well-stocked and organized and the employees are great. It’s fun to experience shopping the way it used to be from enjoying the window/store displays and actually touching the clothes/accessories. It’s worth driving 100 miles to shop here and to support an actual storefront. This store reminds me of the enormous store in Georgetown, Washington DC and they carry the crew cuts line for boys and girls so you can shop for entire family if that’s your thing.
