This is a fabulous J.Crew store! It’s well-stocked and organized and the employees are great. It’s fun to experience shopping the way it used to be from enjoying the window/store displays and actually touching the clothes/accessories. It’s worth driving 100 miles to shop here and to support an actual storefront. This store reminds me of the enormous store in Georgetown, Washington DC and they carry the crew cuts line for boys and girls so you can shop for entire family if that’s your thing. The store was very organized and the staff were kind and helpful.
Similar to other reviews, it seems like this store will only acknowledge you if you are dressed a certain way. Came in dressed casual and not one associate out of the about 6 working greeted my husband and I. Just to note, there was only one other customer in the store and they happened to acknowledge her. Decided to test the theory with a Pretty Woman scenario and came in while in my work clothes, and I got acknowledged and asked if I needed help.
