Customer service was disappointing. An older brunette woman, who seemed like she was the manager, continued to have a lengthy conversation with a team member by the register while I waited at the register for help. She acknowledged my presence, but was not eager to help. I was purchasing one item and I guess the sale wasn’t enough to warrant her energy.
Worst customer service ! Karim is disrespectful! Know nothing about customer service and bad representation for J Crew ! Would not recommend
Went in tonight to pick out a special birthday gift for my sister. No easy task for me but I've always felt compelled to put extra effort when buying for a special person. The Sales Associate named Tommy that went completely above what I expect service to be was not just helpful but made me feel as though I'm a special customer. It reminded me of the personal attention you'd have 30 years ago at Nordstrom. That's gone from there but definitely alive and well here at J Crew with Tommy. Thank you
