THE WORST J.Crew I have ever been to. I'm a long time customer and so I have been to more than my share of J.Crew stores. I had read the reviews, but I had placed an order to pick up there (it's closer to me than Lenox), so I thought it wouldn't be so bad... wrong! The service there is ridiculously bad. Next time I will brave the traffic on Peachtree and visit a J. Crew store with far superior customer service; where I am treated like a valued customer, not like I am inconveniencing them by trying to spend my hard earned cas... read more
