Karin helped us tremendously in getting an item that we wanted that was out of stock in stores. She called two different locations just to see if they had the item available, and then gave me a sticky note with exactly what I needed to do to get it shipped to me. She's an absolute rockstar - went above and beyond!
Condescending salesperson and limited sizes. Worst retail experience I’ve ever had. Avoid.
I haven't had the same experience as some of the more recent reviews. Maybe because I shop on weekday evenings, but Ive always had good customer service at this store. Whether its finding another size, an opinion on which piece fit me better or just doing an exchange for a different size for a online purchase, same consistent customer service. I shop here quite a bit, I always look on the web site and ask if they would match the sale price (tip, app sometimes doesn't always find the item). The store is always been clean and ... read more

I recently visited the J.Crew store and was quite disappointed with the overall customer service. There were about five employees in the store and only two customers, including myself, so I’m not sure what the staff were so busy with. When I asked one of the staff members where the fitting rooms were, she looked at me, didn’t say a word, and simply walked away.
