I visited J Crew a couple of days back. I wasn't greeted or told about any of the sales. I choose what I wanted, and I had to ask to be escorted to a fitting room. The service was terrible, and I could've served myself if the dressing rooms didn't have locks on them. I used to love J Crew but the clothes, and especially the service, have taken a huge dive. I've bought several items for summer and none of them have been from J Crew. Too bad, so sad!

I love shopping here. Staffs are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I wish they have more pertite size in store...I came to pick up my orders on Thursday 9/5/24, even I arrived 8:45pm but the Asian lady and the man, only two staffs in store, they treated me so well and no rush at all. I love to shopping here. I am hoping Jcrew will sell more T shirt with V neck. Most of the time, they have round neck.
Smart collection, service can be better!
Karin helped us tremendously in getting an item that we wanted that was out of stock in stores. She called two different locations just to see if they had the item available, and then gave me a sticky note with exactly what I needed to do to get it shipped to me. She's an absolute rockstar - went above and beyond!
