I have been a loyal customer for years and I as well as my husband have began to experience an increasing amount of customer service issues at your Bellevue location. I tried to exchange a sweater that I received for Christmas, with tag on, that you still had on display but I didn’t have the email address of the person who purchased it- the CSR loudly said she wasn’t lying and that your store will not take back items without emails addresses- no one accused her of lying and she became escalated, not me. My daughter bought me a beautiful pair of pajamas for Christmas. They were beautiful until they were washed. The seam going down the sides of the legs were detached from the material. The hems at the leg bottoms weren’t cattywompas after washed, just a horrible look.

I had come in to make some in-store returns and had the distinct pleasure of being assisted by Brittany, who should absolutely be commended for the job she is doing. She is professional but personable, highly knowledgeable & skilled but down-to-earth, helpful but not pushy, and overall just extremely on her game. I visited J Crew a couple of days back. I wasn't greeted or told about any of the sales. I choose what I wanted, and I had to ask to be escorted to a fitting room. The service was terrible, and I could've served myself if the dressing rooms didn't have locks on them. I used to love J Crew but the clothes, and especially the service, have taken a huge dive. I've bought several items for summer and none of them have been from J Crew. Too bad, so sad!
