Had a weird experience yesterday at the register. Rep rang up my clothes which had been put aside on the back counter from the dressing room. I signed the charge and started to walk away only to look down at the receipt and see I had been charged 2x for the same item (I only bought 5 items). She apologized, and corrected it by issuing a credit. Then I said, “where are my shoes?” And she had forgotten them on the counter behind her. So happy they have a new store manager--Katie is amazing, She's helped me numerous times, and she's so kind and helpful and not pushy. She offers great suggestions that will fit into my lifestyle, and she's always happy, smiling , professional and courteous. She's amazing and I love J. Crew styles. I just wish they'd stop their final sale nonsense especially with gold passport members. Hats' off to Katie at this J. Crew! Susie :). Katie gives exemplary service!

Great place to shop for luxury clothing. I bought someone a birthday gift and it was nearly 50% off. So they have great deals. The employees were very nice and helpful!
