All Kinds of Stuff Everyone has a few of those hard to buy for people amongst their family and friends. Melody's is a great place to shop for unique items. They have a friendly staff and their items are reasonably priced.
why is this listed in the "vintage" section? How did J. Crew manage to find its way into the "vintage clothing" category? This is pretty much the most obnoxious store in the world. Even if you find something that you think looks okay, when you get it out of the store it will be so obviously from J. Crew that you will want to kill yourself and everyone else will want to kill you too. The only exception (and the only reason to set foot in this store) is if you are shopping for a bathing suit.
its J Crew... What can I say, all their stores are the same. The location of this store is nice since its right by a subway stop and the sales people have never treated me badly. This particular store tends to carry the companys newer, more expensive lines but in the end its basically the same as any J Crew store you will ever go to. If you like the store its great, if not, then steer clear of it.
J. Crew, Pioneer Place This is a very nice J. Crew store in upscale Pioneer Place. It's the biggest in Oregon, taking up two floors (bottom for women, top for men), and thus, the selection is decent. Many of J. Crew's designs are not offered for sale in their stores; one must order online or over the phone. If the store doesnt have what you want, order from the catalog in the shop, and shipping will be free. Friendly staff Store is smaller than expected. Lots of inventory, staff is willing to help you find anything you are looking for. Prices are great. A wonderful addition to the outlet mall.
J crew J crew use to exclusively a mail order catalog store and it got so popular that it opened stores throughout the bay. I didn't shop when it was a catalog store and I don't shop here now. For the price you pay, I would expect the quality to be better than it is. They really don't specialize in anything particular. Just your average store.
