It is currently 33 degrees outside and our apartments are freezing. Many of the tenants have been complaining about it and they do nothing. What ends up happening is they will turn the heat on when inspectors come in and turn it right back off when they leave. Heat is supposed to be included in our lease and currently we have none.
I ended my lease with this company in July and management confirmed i will be receiving my security deposit within 7 business days. I am waiting 5 weeks now to receive said deposit and I’m being told i have to wait for the owner to return from vacation. Each week the story changes why I can’t receive the security deposit. This company is very unprofessional. They do not maintain the buildings they are leasing it’s roach and rat infested the ceiling has leaks. Do not waste your time to lease an apartment from this company
Being very generous giving a 1 star. Where do i start. This place is a joke! Be aware of the 176 location in Belleville. If you're not bilingual good luck, when it comes to communication with the super to get anything fix. Fast forward to when it was time to leave and get my deposit back. I was never late on my payment for years i have live there. I complete my lease with no damage to the apartment. Just a fade out wear and tear from my child drawing on the wall.
