Process was smooth. Communication was good. Daniela was informative and pleasant to work with.
JC Realty has always communicated well with me, and they have been very accommodating! I've had a great experience renting from them.
It is currently 33 degrees outside and our apartments are freezing. Many of the tenants have been complaining about it and they do nothing. What ends up happening is they will turn the heat on when inspectors come in and turn it right back off when they leave. Heat is supposed to be included in our lease and currently we have none.
