KerryAnn, the godsend me and my hair needed. She's such an authentic soul and speaks life into my hair. She makes sure that she's honest about her professional recommendations for what would be best for your hair. She specializes in kinky/coily hair which is a hard find in CT. The vibe, the service and the experience is unmatched!!
I am very disappointed with this salon and there sneaky money hungry behavior I will never come here again I had to keep asking the price they will get over you
I was very happy with the customer service at the salon. They were very nice at the reception desk. My stylist Alexis was professional the entire time, and gave me a very nice haircut. She listened to my concerns about my dry hair and addressed them. I left the salon with my hair looking great!
I love love love Kerryann! She’s amazing! My pre-teen daughter and I both get our hair done by her and we’re both happy. My hair is the healthiest it’s been in a long time. She meets my hair care and style needs and always goes above and beyond. She’s always on-time and listens to my concerns and requests. She actually cares about us and our hair. So happy to have found her.
Two bad experiences both times thinking that the first was unusual. I called to see if there was somebody who worked with curly hair and was told we have a new person here named Kim I asked what the cost was for a full service meaning shampoo cut and blow dry which I specified. I was told by the manager Lisa, that I have a new stylist named Kim. I asked what the price for the services I wanted and was told $50. Kim did a wonderful job on my hair however when I went to pay I was charged $65. I tip exorbitantly and tipped her ... read more
