HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL OF YOUR TIME We came in for our scheduled appointment only for the stylist to have a walk in sitting in her seat that she clearly just took. 10 min later she comes out to let us know she is 30 min behind. I said ok. It has been an hour and a half and the stylist still has the same client in her chair. Very disappointed. Brought my daughter in to have her dead ends cut off i agreed to 3 inches to get it looking nice and the stylist literally chopped about 5 1/2 inches off. My daughter wasn't happy and was crying by the time we got in the car. I was beyond disappointed. This waa my first and last time going to a Jcpenny salon.
Ms Lisa is the best, sitting in her chair is such a pleasure. She knows what it takes to get hair healthy and flourishing. 5 stars ♥️
Tabitha is the best hairstylist in Houston, point blank period. I’m glad she touched down in Houston. I rock a shaved head, and Tabitha gets me right every time she cut my hair. She don’t mess around, either. She’s quick and precise with the cut and I leave out her chair looking cute. Tabitha is the type of hairstylist that I will skip eating out a few times so I can afford to pay for her services and tip her because she is worth every dollar I pay for my hair to get done. I booked a last minute appointment with Tabitha. I absolutely love my hair. She did a silk press on my natural hair. My best friend thought it was a sew in. I will definitely be returning.
