I took my 9 year old daughter to get bangs. Frank, who clipped his scissors 4 times on my daughter’s hair, charged us $40 dollars. I was in shock, as it’s clearly posted that kids haircuts are $20. The prices are not listed correctly on the JC Penney salon website. When I raised my concern, they tried telling me that he’s a master stylist. I wish this was communicated to me prior. What a joke!

Hair cut and blow out by Jocy I didn't plan on getting my hair done today while shopping at Penney's but I'm glad I did. Jocy's customer service, professional styling, and attention to detail had me feeling beautiful and happy leaving the salon. She listened to my needs, and executed perfectly Thanks Jocy looking forward to my next visit to your chair!

I am so happy to have met JOCY!!!! I got a face framing with layers and also highlights . She did an amazing job with my curtain bangs she also gave me a beautiful signature Blowout with a hair treatment my hair feels healthy and bouncy .. I’m obsessed!!! Leaving the salon I got so many compliments!!!!!! Go with Jocy !!!!

I had an amazing experience with Gloria better known as Glo!!! My stylist Glo really took the time to understand what I wanted and gave great suggestions that suited my face shape and hair type. The haircut and color turned out even better than I had imagined — fresh, vibrant, and so flattering. I’ve received so many compliments already! She also used high-quality products that left my hair feeling soft and healthy. I truly appreciated you Glo!!!!
