I called to ask a question they said to come in sunday at 2:30 to talk in person with someone name starts with M we came in M was told we were waiting I guess she wasn't informed that we were coming in but M knew we were waiting so unprofessional I think that people that work there cant get a real job
Very disappointed I booked appointment for my daughter online as recommended since I could not reach anyone by phone in the salon numerous times including leaving a message with no callback. The day of my appt. 2 Hours before my appt. time was called that they need to cancel my appt as the stylist was double booked. I find this extremely unprofessional as they had over 10 days to review and change if need be!! Now I'm inconvenienced the day of for the lack of communication on their end! They go above and beyond . Especially ROSANNY. She is the best stylist l have ever met.
