Despite the negative reviews I almost made an appointment simply for convenience. I called and was placed on hold so long I think they may have forgotten about me. This is the first impression of what to expect. There are too many salons to compete in the area .
Made online appointment from Australia, well in advance, only to find out on the day that the Salon doesn’t open until 11am, very unhappy!
Worst service ever at the JC Penny hair salon at the Rim in San Antonio. Pictures says it all. Haircut done by Logan. Logan -thank you so much for replying to my review. You are CORRECT.. I am not your client. My daughter and I were there at the Salon on March 24th. You cut my daughters hair and someone else cut my hair that same day. Rena the stylist was very professional and answered all my questions. The service was great I will be back.
Since I work I found it convenient to come here since they are open on weekends. I have had several 1 star episodes here but worked around them and try to be understanding but this last episode was too much. Had to go out of town for my sons wedding so I made this appointment well in advance for hair coloring and highlights. This was an important appointment!
