Disappointing- booked appt at 1 pm-had me wait in waiting area.- 30 minutes later nothing. Not sure why they book appts. I understand being behind, etc but no communication and salon was very, very empty….
Vanessa is the only person I will ever let touch my hair if she goes I go ! She’s spectacular and does everything that I ask and all pricing is reasonable

Since being new to the San Antonio area, I have been needing a haircut! I booked an appointment @6:45p with JCPenney Salon at The Rim. And when i arrived @6:15p. There was no employee in sight at the Salon. I waited patiently until @6:36p and an associate came up front and asked what would I need to be seen for. I informed the employee I was here for a @6:45p appointment I booked. I waited for almost over an hour to be seen. MY HAIRSTYLIST DID AN AMAZING JOB i highly recommend ROSE HEREDIA she did so good and as active duty military she sure got me perfectly into regs, i’m very pleased with this place and great customer service, very affordable so it’s worth every penny looking this good and she helped me browse and guided me in product decision making and set me right! 10/10 best haircut #rose
