I decided to take my kids for what was considered their first haircuts at the JC Penney Salon, I chose this salon since their sibling had a great experience with a previous visit, Unfortunately our experience didn't come out as expected. Unfortunately I wasn't able to tip the stylist who cut my children's hair because I was utilizing our Federal /Tribal debit card, which prevents me from tipping, I felt bad because I usually tip our Stylist/ Barbers for their service and had actually tipped her in the past, but unfortunately... read more
