I recently visited this hair salon in Redlands and had a really great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and relaxing, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were friendly and professional, and they took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted before getting started. I decided to take my kids for what was considered their first haircuts at the JC Penney Salon, I chose this salon since their sibling had a great experience with a previous visit, Unfortunately our experience didn't come out as expected. Unfortunately I wasn't able to tip the stylist who cut my children's hair because I was utilizing our Federal /Tribal debit card, which prevents me from tipping, I felt bad because I usually tip our Stylist/ Barbers for their service and had actually tipped her in the past, but unfortunately... read more
