I was sitting there for 6 HOURS just to come out looking the way I walked in.( mind you she was also 20mins late) It was my very first experience of getting my hair done and it was disappointing, I didn’t get what I wanted either. The only difference is that my hair is really short sadly. And the price I paid for was ridiculous too. Never again !

I highly recommend Diana as a hairstylist—she truly deserves five stars! She is incredibly skilled, especially when it comes to blonde hair. If you’re looking to go blonde, she is the one to trust. Not only does she do amazing color work, but her styling and haircuts show her experience and attention to detail. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The customer service, especially from the receptionist, was poor. She came across as rude and had an unwelcoming attitude. As a new customer, I felt uncomfortable having to ask about the advertised 10–15% discount—it seemed like she was reluctant to offer it, as if it were coming out of her own pocket. Very unprofessional. I had a maternity shoot and Christina cancelled on me very last min. My appointment was at 12 pm and got a call at 10:30 am. She said she was sick. I totally understand ppl get sick but she called so last min. I couldn’t make other arrangements in time and she ruined my entire experience. If ur sick you should call ur clients in the morning right away at 8 am and not wait last min. I will never recommend this place.

This is an updated review from my original in November! I decided to give the salon another try with a different stylist and I’m so glad I did! Brittany is wonderful and very skilled. I have been to her 3 times now, and have also brought my daughter! I plan to bring both of my girls and continue to come as long as she is there!
