Stylist was incredible
Today I left the Westminster JCP Salon in tears. My hair was :( CHOPPED! I am headed on vacation and needed my hair to be layered so I could wear it curly in the humidity. My hair was Long, & I hadn't cut my hair in decades, because it doesn't grow any more (being over 60). The lady spoke very little English and understood EVEN LESS.
