Argued with the rude manager the price of the haircut for my 10 year old grand daughter. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if she didn’t come out rude from the beginning because she assumed it was a haircut for me and when I told her it was for my grand daughter she even answered rude and said who is that it says this name. It’s one thing to be that rude as the manager but to be wrong as well makes it worst in my opinion. Joan is amazing! Every time I come here she always cuts and styles my hair perfectly, even though I have an odd grow pattern she always makes sure to cut it right! I’ll always be going to her from now on! Love this place so much.

I am trying to grow my gray hair out so I had decided to cut my hair a little above shoulder length. My hair stylist talked me into a pixie. I am bald I have never seen a pixie cut like this literally I am bald in the back and maybe an inch all over the rest no style no shape it’s horrible awful I will never go there again. I feel assaulted
