Crystle is awesome! She fit me in for a haircut and style - and she was very kind, professional, and thorough. I also appreciated her calm demeanor and that she didn't act like she was in a hurry like so many people seem these days. This is genuinely the worst my hair has ever looked. If I had one wish it would be to have never stepped foot in this salon. My hair is beyond fried, it is patchy, grey, and nothing like what I asked for. Not only that but it is 4 inches shorter, and I specifically told the stylist I wanted no more than two inches cut off regardless of the split ends leftover. I am beyond disappointed. The last photo I included was my inspiration.

Booked an appointment with KARINA. Left a note about the style I wanted asking her to contact me if it wasn't possible. She called me two days before my appointment to confirm the style and told me to buy my own hair since they wouldn't have it. I showed up at my appointment time and waited THIRTY MINUTES. Karina did not show up. Not only that, but they couldn't fit me in as a walk in, even though it was KARINA's fault that I couldn't get my hair done at the appropriate time. THANKS KARINA. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

I recently booked an appointment with this salon. I explained what I needed, the condition of my hair etc. When I got to the appointment and talked to the hairdresser she basically told me they could not give me the color I wanted because all of their hair color products tend to "run warm" I ended up leaving because I didn't want to subject my hair to someone who didn't seem to understand how hair color works. I would think twice about going to this salon.
