Booked an appointment with KARINA. Left a note about the style I wanted asking her to contact me if it wasn't possible. She called me two days before my appointment to confirm the style and told me to buy my own hair since they wouldn't have it. I showed up at my appointment time and waited THIRTY MINUTES. Karina did not show up. Not only that, but they couldn't fit me in as a walk in, even though it was KARINA's fault that I couldn't get my hair done at the appropriate time. THANKS KARINA. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

I recently booked an appointment with this salon. I explained what I needed, the condition of my hair etc. When I got to the appointment and talked to the hairdresser she basically told me they could not give me the color I wanted because all of their hair color products tend to "run warm" I ended up leaving because I didn't want to subject my hair to someone who didn't seem to understand how hair color works. I would think twice about going to this salon.

I just got my hair cut and got an olaplex treatment done by Ailene. I'm not sure how to spell her name but she did an amazing job. She listened and paid attention to my questions and worked with my hair type to give me the hair cut and style I wanted. She was very friendly and conversational and gave me really good advice on how to style my hair and prevent damage. There was a woman who was really rude and did not deal with people with manners. She cut my son’s hair and made him cry because he chose a style and wanted something similar, but she ruined his hair. I really regret visiting them and it will be the last time for sure.
