My girlfriend booked an appointment online at JCPenney for a haircut, facial, and eyebrows. About an hour before the appointment, they called her and said they could only do either the facial or the eyebrows—not all three services. I would like to thank Ian for his incredible patience, honesty and his willingness to work with me. I had requested a pretty big job as it relates to highlights. It took a long time to get it done, but Ian was so professional, patient and truly cares about doing a great job. He did make it very light just as I like it and how I requested it. Gabby is amazing!! She took her time and did an incredible job with my icy blonde highlights and layered haircut! I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist. So relaxing, 1000/10 would recommend.
