Worst hair cut ever. Not at all what I asked for. Way to short and the bangs are terrible. Been crying 😢. Guess I'll wear a hat .
Very disappointing experience. My stylist was over an hour and a half late for my appointment, and there was no meaningful effort made to accommodate the delay or acknowledge the inconvenience. What made this more surprising is that this is a corporate-run salon, where you would expect stronger standards around scheduling, professionalism, and respect for clients’ time. My hairdresser recently moved to Burkley and my next maintenance appt. was until May. I was in big need of a hair cut and I didn’t want to spend a fortune. Every place I called was at least $50 dollars, and nobody had anything soon. So, I decided to give a try to JCPenney salon, it wasn’t my first time but the first time in like 7 years.
