Unprofessional is an understatement! Had an appointment scheduled 3 times in two weeks and both stylists no called no showed for both. Of course I wasn’t notified until I arrived for my appointment. Then the stylist that was there said she couldn’t do anything for me until next week after I said I had plans for the weekend. Manager Kelly said she would give me 50% off after I begged multiple times for an accommodation for the multiple inconveniences. I had an appointment with Misty at JCPenney Salon today, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I wanted to get as close to my natural hair color as possible, and she nailed it. It’s like seeing my real hair for the first time in almost 30 years! Misty was professional, kind, and made me feel completely welcome throughout the process. Destroyed my hair
I've been natural for quite some time I decided to take a leap and go back to a relaxer. I showed the stylist the look she said she couldn't do the cut she referred another stylist who did the cut but before we get to that part. So she started relaxing my hair I swear she left the relaxer in my hair for 22 seconds took me to a bowl and washed it out with cold water.
