Would rate 0 if I could! Had an appointment for 12:30. Came about 11:30 to do shopping before haircut appointment. Stylist was with a mom getting her 2 daughters haircut and then I was next at 12:30. Ok, so I did some shopping, came back at 12:20, waited 15 until someone walked by to greet me ( no stylist came out) . By this time, it was now past my appointment time. Unprofessional is an understatement! Had an appointment scheduled 3 times in two weeks and both stylists no called no showed for both. Of course I wasn’t notified until I arrived for my appointment. Then the stylist that was there said she couldn’t do anything for me until next week after I said I had plans for the weekend. Manager Kelly said she would give me 50% off after I begged multiple times for an accommodation for the multiple inconveniences. I had an appointment with Misty at JCPenney Salon today, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I wanted to get as close to my natural hair color as possible, and she nailed it. It’s like seeing my real hair for the first time in almost 30 years! Misty was professional, kind, and made me feel completely welcome throughout the process. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation, and I’ll definitely be booking my next appointment with her. Thank you, Misty!
