Worse haircut ever, I said where I wanted my shortest layer and he just kept cutting and cutting. Wanted my shortest layer below my chest and it’s above it now. There’s also random long pieces.

I hate that JCPenny salon only caters to non ethic hair. I wanted a wash/conditioner and trim. Apparently, non ethic hair tends to be cut wet while my hair needs to be blow dried for an even trim due to the curls and coils. Well, you get charged more for having different hair. Also, this location has roaches. There was one on its back fighting for its life in the broad daylight by a door. I see they're trying to address the problem with pesticides, but having roaches us nasty.

Salon experience was different. Went in with pictures. Stylist said she didn’t feel comfortable, cutting my hair because she didn’t want to screw it up? I was so outta there. How are u working at JCP salon? Shouldn’t you be pretty good at cutting hair? I would expect that response at great clips, not JCP. Eye 👁️. When I told the salon manager, she said at least she was honest.? I wanted a short pixie cut. What happened to you JCP?

After an extensive phone conversation with the mgr. I booked a 2 tone color for my granddaughter. After arriving, they refused to do the color and said she could make another appointment weeks away! Very unprofessional employees
