Had an appointment scheduled with Cournisha yesterday at 12 pm to get my labor braids before I deliver my baby. Came on time for my appointment and she was no where to be found. Waited for about 15 minutes with no word, and the front desk wasn't sure where she was either. Decided to save myself some time and go find a stylist who respected my time enough to at least communicate if she was running late. Not even an apology call the following day. Very poor customer service.
Worse haircut ever, I said where I wanted my shortest layer and he just kept cutting and cutting. Wanted my shortest layer below my chest and it’s above it now. There’s also random long pieces.
Always friendly and helpful! Does a great haircut!!
