I had a very disappointing experience at the hair salon inside JCPenney. The stylist, Gabriel, was in an incredibly unpleasant mood from the moment I sat in the chair. His attitude throughout the appointment was rude and dismissive, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my haircut included a basic blow-dry, yet after cutting my hair, he simply removed the protective cape and sent me off with soaking wet hair, no explanation, no effort. The outcomes are inconsistent. You might receive a nice hair cut, or a wonky version of Jim Carrey from Dumb and Dumber. It just depends on who’s cutting. Also, you won’t know the price of your cut until you’re done. There’s zero transparency.
Martha has fixed my hair twice from a previous bad hair cut l and I’ve always loved the result each time!
