I went in there for a cut. Jocelyn wasn't very nice and she talked about how poorly my hair was done and about the last stylist that did my hair the prior week. Hairstylist really need to stop that mentality of bashing people’s work that is not their own. This JC Penny is by my house and I decided to come because I never gave it a chance in regards to beauty products. Today I went hopeful I would have a good experience like at Ulta or Sephora. NOPE. Not once was I asked if I needed help. I was ignored by staff. Won’t be coming back.

First off the price on the internet is not what I paid. On Sunday Maria permed my hair. She said oh the ends didn’t curl bc you have bleach. Not true I haven’t even colored my hair. I got home and my hair started falling out and breaking. It’s so chemically damaged I couldn’t pick it! I had to cut all my hair today!! Do not let her perm your hair!!
