Horrible experience old lady was too slow no one wanted to lend me a phone charger other lady made threats to fight me saying if I steal her charger like rediculous I need go home re wash my hair she put oil on my scalp idiot avoid this place but color came out good

I have been using this salon for years now and I have to say the customer service gets worse every day! I scheduled an appointment, 6pm, went for the appointment and the rude little girl at the counter never even stood up, she sat there with her nasty shoes on the counter and took my name. She goes into the back and comes back and tells me my stylist has left for the day and no one else can take me? That’s it. No apologies no reschedule, nothing. I won’t be back.
