This is where I always come to get my hair trimmed or thinned out, I never go anywhere else! They always do an incredible job.
I have been going to my hair girl for over 12 years! Unfortunately we have had some scheduling conflicts due to my job. So I took a chance and gave JC Penny's call, they got me a weekend appointment which worked perfect for me. I received a call a few days before my appointment from Teresa and she was just awesome!
