Extremely Disappointed – Terrible Hair Coloring Service I had a terrible experience at this salon and strongly advise against getting hair color services here. Before the service, I was assured that the stylist was highly experienced, but the final result was a complete disaster—and they charged me $190 for it. My natural hair is black. I went in trying to lift my self esteem. I explained to her my low self esteem due to my hairline receding at top of my forehead. I showed the beautician a photo off of Pinterest with grey and silver streaks and the cut I was looking for and she assured me she understood and that she could do it. I told her I want some type of band or similar to hide the hairline. Not a good idea. I have never had streaks, so this was a very exciting moment for me. Had a 6:00 appointment. Waited patiently for Cindy to tell me that she was ready. She took a walk-in over me. When I reminded her that I was waiting on my appointment she stated that no one told her.

Didn’t even get anything done with our hair because they were too busy talking about their dogs to do what they’re there to do, which is to work! Not chit chat all day, do better.
