I had an important event and scheduled a blow out almost two weeks ahead. One Hour before the appointment, I got a notification that my stylist, Morgan called out and was not available. I called the salon to see if ANYONE there could do my simple wash and blowout.. The salon was EMPTY, , but the person at the desk said they were all expecting appointments and couldn’t help me. Made my appointment at 11, showed up as soon as they opened. But they decided to take back 2 girls that made their appointment for the wrong time, instead of honoring my appointment that was correct.
