Never again. Jaoi Love worked to upsell products so hard that he ruined my hair. I had only come in for color $70-85, but he said he had to do the olaplex mask ($25). He offered a trim for $12 so I said ok but only 1/2 inch straight across, no layers in the back. He kept saying, oh I got you love….What did he do? 5 inches off with layers all in the back & none in front. They did amazing!!! I don’t remember her name but she did the best layering I have ever seen in my life
Went for a walk in, the hairstylist was really nice and did a fantastic job on my hair
Went to the salon, the young lady was doing 3 clients at one time, I didn't get the color I ask for.Never will go to that salon again. Worse service ever. I still gave her a tip. God knows.
The hair stylist was great! She cut my hair exactly like the picture and how I wanted it. I will definitely be a returning frequent client!
