7-27-26 I decided to get a haircut & dye. My stylists' name was Sahar M. She was fantastic, extremely helpful, very friendly & her kindness was greatly appreciated. Her professionalism with the way she didn't rush through my apt with her was wonderful. She was fantastic with my needs & did a fabulous style & dye! I’ve been going to this salon for a few months now and I’m so glad to say I’ve found my forever place. Lily is honestly the most amazing stylist I’ve had the pleasure of getting my hair done by. I always love coming here. It's always nice and quiet (even when it's busy) The environment is always just calm with no bright lights. That alone makes me love this place. Anyways my stylist was Lilli ( Lili?) First time seeing her. I was very happy! She nailed my hair color. I needed it back to my original color based on my roots only. I witnessed an employee of the JCP hair salon while out in public at a smoke shop. I observed her being rude to an employee there who was trying to offer a complimentary item. The interaction came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. It left a negative impression and, if she is indeed a representative of the company, it reflects poorly on professionalism outside of the workplace.
