after me and my wife have been going here for years, YESTERDAY, my wife was treated so rudely by the stylist and cashier staff. WE will never go back. They even spoke to 2 other customers the EXACT same way. Really sad as we enjoyed going there. Good thing there are OTHER options in the Duluth area. Bye Bye JCPenny.
I just got home with my 14 year old son who had a haircut with Sahara. He had a very specific style he asked for and stated he wanted to keep the sides and back longer, a low taper fade. She started buzzing the sides and back and now has longer hair on the top, nothing at all even close to what he wanted. He told her this and she said she likes it better the way she did it and wouldn't listen to him. I am sorry but it's not up to the person cutting the hair. Very disappointed and have a kid who hates his hair now.
Went to Lilli in Duluth to get my daughter’s hair done for the first time ever. SHE WAS SO GREAT!! Lilli did a great job explaining to me how to take care of it, the different options she could do, and was so patient with my daughter. We will be going back to her for sure!
Alia is the stylist I have had for at least 2 years. I would never see anyone else. Every time I walk away from seeing her I feel confident and beautiful. I am so happy she's back. She is a master at coloring and cuts. She is always honest with me on what she thinks my hair can handle. I highly recommend Alia!
