Hello, Just commenting to share my review and thoughts on one receptionist currently working there. Her name is Ruth and she is extremely rude. She speaks in a very condescending manner and gossips a lot about other stylists/clients. I have noticed her talk down on so many individuals. This is unbelievable and makes me think she is talking bad about me too. I want to make JcPenney aware of this so they can do better.
Robyn is so talented!!! She handled my damaged hair so well and I am incredibly happy with the results :)
I LOVE LOVE my stylist Amanda F. She was AMAZING personality n Stylist. I had a facial n Perm n cut. She made me Curly again. I will come stay at hotel jst to see her for my follow up cut n A Color. I will be giving her a special shout out on Yelp n the owatonna Mn sites.
