I had got my hair done with one of the lovely ladies there and she did a fantastic job with my hair!! It’s the color I wanted and just a trim. I absolutely love it. She was very sweet and kind and answered all the question I had asked.

Update:::::: I don't believe in deleting reviews but I do believe in updates when they are warranted. I spoke with JC Penney customer service at the number they provided at which time they said someone would be in touch. I honestly didn't expect much to come of it. A couple of days later, I spoke with Sandy. A manager at the salon. She allowed me to speak and feel heard. She then offered to put me with a different stylist to attempt to fix what I left with. I have spent the last couple of weeks trying to figure out how to best word this and how to come to terms with it. I went in a couple of weeks ago and used my work bonus to pay for me to get my hair dyed for the first time in over 3 years. I left disappointed and heart broken. I requested a deep cherry red. Brought both my young boys there , one for his second haircut ( 4yo) and my son's first (2yo). The ladies were wonderful, very patient with them and made them look so handsome! Will definitely be coming back to this location for future services!

I got my haircut on 05/14/2025. It was the worst haircut I gotten. Never again. My wife haircut was good. 80$ for two haircuts.
