Just had my hair done by violet and im loving it, super easy to talk to amd she saw the same vision i did with my hair.
We had two separate experiences, my mom who had scheduled for a master stylist had to wait over 45 minutes just to have her stylist changed to someone with less experience. I went in for a big chop with a bob covering an under shave and my stylist was supposed to be a master stylist but she apparently didn't realize I had curly hair til it was to late and it was cut shorter than I wanted. I called to schedule an appointment for a color, a few highlights and a trim. I requested someone who was experienced with color. They quoted me a price of $250! I am absolutely appalled by this. I pay less seeing a medical doctor! Needless to say, I will not be returning to JC Penney!!
My girl Esther gets me right every time. She not only cares about the style but she cares about the health of your hair and as a natural textured girl, I need health and maintenance.
