All the good workers have left or retired. My family would resort to their services but rarely is the place open at a set cadence and new workers aren't professional equipped to handle requests unless you want your hair and style to be compromised. The prices don't deliver the quality of service advertised. Beware before booking an appointment, you may get handed to someone less experienced. The pricing, the quality of care and years of experience are out of alignment.
$90 for master stylist to do a simple color for gray roots. The product stung my skin and washed out after 2 weeks. Extremely disappointed and will never return.
Cosmetologist was in a room on her phone while waiting for my Mom hair dye to be ready. I had to keep calling her to be finish with my Mom who is 75yrs. Old.
