If I could give a zero I would . The girl did an awful job on my hair all I wanted was my hair washed, dried and straightened. Asked her boss about my hair. I know I have dandruff. I know this because I usually go somewhere else cheaper. The lady was rude and didn't even asked if I liked it. Plus I quoted 25.00 only to be charged more. So disappointed with service. I made an appointment with Ivet for a formal updo. She was 15 minutes late for our appointment, so not off to a good start. I showed her a braid into an updo style. She said she wasn’t able to do it. I then showed her a more simpler updo and again she said she couldn’t do it. If you can’t do a formal updo, why have it as an option to book it. It was just a waste of my time

I've had a hard time finding a good place in pc. I tried here about 6 months ago. The first gal did a good cut, but didn't listen to what I wanted. I then had all 3 of my daughters done here for school and they were all great cuts. I went again yesterday for my 40th new me cut. I had ASH and she was awesome!! She listened, she showed great attention and it turned out so fun. I love my cut and will be going back to Ash for me and my daughters, until we find another "go to" here!! Update. You’d think the stylist would cut yr hair exactly like the pic I showed her. Nope, even her asking to see the pic 5 times the result was nothing like it! I gave them 4 stars only because I loved my past haircut from a different stylist! THE BEST THING A HAIR STYLIST CAN DO IS TO LISTEN TO THE CLIENT!!!!!!! If u can’t do the style then say so!!!!
