Angela Lugo is the BOMB! My hair Was WAY messed up. She was my daughter's lifesaver first then SHE(my daughter)literally made my appt and met me. It was REALLY BAD and Agela actually made me feel good about myself again! We told her she can never leave here.
Don't shop jelwery at JC Penny. My fiancé got my ring from there and we've been highly disappointed! First, they sized my ring wrong twice so total time gone was OVER A MONTH. Then, my fiancé was like we should make this a three piece set( it came as a two) so I go to ask the first time if we can buy the band separately and they said no. Lexie inside Sephora at the brow station is amazing!!!! She will make your eye brows look outstanding. She is sweet and offers suggestions to make you look your best.
Initially, I was not pleased with what I ended up with, which was nothing like I asked the girl doing my hair (Chelsea), but then I phoned back the next day and the manager, Lenore accommodated me and rescheduled and put me with one of her senior stylists to fix it. She went over and above and was extremely kind. She was also kind enough to hold my baby during my visit.
I love this store!! Clean and beautiful. Not very many sales people, though. Sometimes the check out has long lines.
My shopping experience was fair I have a hard time finding what I'm looking for when it comes to clothes but the jewelery department is awesome. They have their jewlery color coordinated which is really helpful. Customer service is alway very good. I will definitely be going back.
I can't speak highly enough of this place! Incredible service. Everybody is very friendly and my experience was efficient and painless. I love the glasses they put me in - they're exactly what I wanted.
