Do not get your hair cut at JCPenney Salon. I was just in today with my sister to get her haircut. The hairstylist, Rema Attar, completely hacked her hair and left longer and shorter chunks of hair as well as a small strand that was left the original length. Rema Attar hit her on the head multiple times, insulted her hair thickness and overall appearance, and at the end of the appointment told her “you‘re nice now with shorter hair”.
