A few months ago I called up and asked if they still accepted walk ins and if they still accepted JC penny cards. Was told they do. I use to be a frequent client before my original stylist left. I drove over thirty minutes and was told they couldn’t take me because they were busy. It was dead in there. I booked an appointment for my daughter who was 9 years old when this happened to have a haircut with Marina. After we arrived at the salon on time, Marina told us that she charges kids as adults ($70) for a haircut. By the way my daughter had a haircut with Marina a few months ago and it was kids price ($25), and no one told me on the phone when I scheduled my appointment about the price change.
