I needed a touch up to my roots (getting older not always fun) and was in the mood for something different. I wanted highlights but wasn’t certain what I wanted. Dyani helped me decide what shade and made sure that my whites matched the length of my hair instead of my natural color. It looks great! Thanks for helping me feel beautiful!

Staff was friendly but we scheduled clipper cuts and not a single stylist on staff knew how to do a fade. Please don't allow a stylist a clipper appt if they don't know how to use clippers. Now I have to figure out how to fix all of our hair, even after telling the stylists we were not happy. They did try to fix things but it was beyond repair. We will all have to be nearly bald for a while as it grows back out.

So so disappointed. Booked an appointment and arrived only to be told by the stylist she has no products for my wig installation because the scheduling person did not inform her about what the appointment was about. I left my phone number so not sure why she did not call prior. So sad. I certainly won't be back.

** 1/06/25 Update** JC Penney Corporate does not care about their customers or complaints. Will no longer frequent their stores or salons after the way they “handled” this disaster and clearly took advantage of a paying customer. **12/17 Update - found out the complaint I filed was closed out by the salon “no further action required”.
