Awful, haircut. Older lady, I think Judy, Do not recommend, basic men’s fade and she wacked up my hair.
Over a year ago, after traveling for work for 14 months-my year was so damaged and frail that I found myself avoiding mirrors and photos often. I went into JC Pennys Salon Rocky Mount, NC one Saturday, met Shaista and asked her to fix my hair. Then slowly over the next year-she took my hair that refused to grow for years and always looked patchy (color) and uneven; and turned it into gorgeous hair I absolutely love. Shaista is a great stylist! She takes the time to understand your hair’s unique needs and provides thoughtful recommendations to improve its overall health. Shaista also listens to understand your concerns. I appreciate the attention to detail and effort she puts forth to meet the needs of her clients.
I would give 0 stars if I could. My overall experience with the hairstylists was a 10/10. I wish I could say the same about management. They need a new management team there! Management is lazy and pushes their work on those hardworking hairstylists while they just sit back and pick with them. Highly disappointed!!!
