I hadn’t gotten a trim or hair cut in over a three years, on top of that I had never had a deep conditioning done to my hair. Samantha was able to do all of these things, including a braid, and not only was she funny, beautiful, and gentle with my hair , she was also extremely knowledgeable and told me everything she was doing as she was doing it. Love coming to this salon! They always have availability and the hair stylist are always very knowledgeable!
30$plus 5$ tip, unacceptable! If I could I would leave 0stars.
I was so excited to get a trim of 2 inches but I walked out of the salon with 4 inches cut off my hair! Then I looked at my hair and I noticed one side is very chopped and doesn’t align or look like the other side. The service was good. She was very nice, but my hair looks awful. I do not recommend coming to the salon. I asked for an easy trim. I paid $70 for my hair to get ruined.
We just ask, a simple ? Could you point in the right direction to the bathroom, I was told to ask someone else I'm closeing,I will never go to that salon in jc pennies again
