Super unprofessional experience. I booked a CPR Malibu treatment a week ago. Today (the day of my appointment), I called with a simple question and found out they don’t even have the product in stock. No one checked beforehand and no one called to warn me. So if I hadn’t called myself, I would’ve shown up and wasted my time for absolutely nothing. Saying “the front desk only makes appointments” isn’t an excuse. I hadn’t gotten a trim or hair cut in over a three years, on top of that I had never had a deep conditioning done to my hair. Samantha was able to do all of these things, including a braid, and not only was she funny, beautiful, and gentle with my hair , she was also extremely knowledgeable and told me everything she was doing as she was doing it.
