I had Danny today, he did a fantastic job, the color and cut were what I wanted. He was also very friendly and we even had a few laughs together.

Asked for a cut for my 8 year old boy. We SPECIFICALLY said not to cut the back too short and not to cut his hair so the curls were gone. When the lady was finished, my son was so sad he wouldn't hold his head up or speak. The cut was uneven and incredibly shorter than what we asked for. We expressed our displeasure with the cut and all she could say was "but it looks good." No. It didn't. And it was NOT what we asked for at all.
