I have never been let down by this salon! 11/10, the best haircut experience every time. I’ve been coming here on and off for years, and every stylist I’ve worked with has been wonderful. This time I booked with Danny. He’s kind, talented and genuinely passionate about what he does. You can see it in his work and the way he treats his clients. I've been meaning to write a review for weeks but keep forgetting. I made my appointment for highlights because I didn't know what I needed in order to fix the issue I had. I had used Color Oops at home to remove some red hair dye, and then put an ash blonde over it and the results were HORRENDOUS! The staff at JC Penney salon were very attentive in trying to explain to me what needed to happen to fix it and still remain within my budget. I had Danny today, he did a fantastic job, the color and cut were what I wanted. He was also very friendly and we even had a few laughs together.
